SHIPPING & RETURNS

ORDER STATUS & DELIVERY TRACKING
Orders can be tracked through our website by signing in to My Account
My Account allows you to track the status of your order and delivery from our website. You can also track shipments from your dispatch confirmation email.

You will also receive an email when your order is on its way. Our courier will be in touch by email when your order has been dispatched. If you haven't heard within the delivery time about your order, please contact us and have your order reference number ready.

We only offer PostNL delivery service so you can receive your order as fast as humanly possible :-)
The shipping fees will be automatically calculated during your checkout.

TAXES AND IMPORT DUTIES
Please note, all international orders can be subject to additional shipping charges based on the end country’s taxes, tariffs and duties. These fees are not associated with Gould21 and are to be paid by the customer upon delivery.
WHAT DO I DO IF AN ITEM IS DAMAGED?
We understand your frustrations about having received a damaged item! In that case, please contact our customer service by sending an email. Please state your order number & take a photo of the broken item. That way we can assist as quickly as possible! 
HOW TO RETURN?
We want you to be really happy with your jewellery. But in case you would like to return please contact us before taking any steps of return, so we can assist you during the whole process.

Please make sure your items are returned in a new and unused condition and in their original packaging in order for us to process an exchange or refund.
Sale items are non-returnable/ non-refundable. This includes items purchased in the sale or with a promotion or discount code.

Processing your Refund
You will receive back the original price for the items you purchased minus the return shipping cost within an estimated 7 working days. We will process your refund within 3 working days but please note your credit card company can take 4-7 working days to process..

The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. If you wish to exchange an item, we will cover the cost to get the exchange request to you. If you are requesting store credit the shipping charge will be included. 
TERMS & CONDITIONS DURING Sale
During a sale or another promotion, it may take a little longer to process and deliver your order than you would normally expect from us.

Discounts cannot be settled afterwards.

Credit & discount codes cannot be used for items that are on sale.

If you have ordered an item which goes on sale afterwards, we unfortunately cannot apply this retrospectively.
During pile sales you often lose the right to the pile discount as soon as you return an item.

You can return an item that was on sale within 14 days of taking receipt of the order.

Prices may change during a sale depending on the offer. The following also applies: amended discounts cannot be settled afterwards.

Please note! Did you pay for yoursale item with Klarna? Then you still have to pay the invoice within 14 days, despite any delays.

WAS MY PAYMENT SUCCESSFUL?
It could happen that something goes wrong with your payment. How can you be sure that everything has gone properly after you have received an error notification for example?

- Check your own bank statement to see whether the amount has been debited
- Still in doubt? Then please contact our customer service. They can check for you whether the payment has gone through.

Absolutely sure that your payment has not gone through properly? Then your order has not been placed either. This means that you need to place your order again and also that you need to redo the payment.
